Some may ask, “Why 10,000 candidates? Isn’t that a lot?” 10,000 candidates could be considered a sizable number. At the outset it is significant. However, the future forecasts change where entrepreneurship will provide abundant opportunity within the digital marketing sphere. This will pertain to all segments of commerce. The answer to the “why” is that we need at least 10,000 or more digital entrepreneurs in the digital entrepreneur network and community forging the pathway and setting new standards for digital entrepreneurship.

Equally as important, it’s the perspective in which we view 10,000 digital entrepreneurs that is relevant to our goal.

If we are focused upon entrepreneurs having the skillsets to create websites and digital networks, to manage and optimize IT and security strategies and solutions for network infrastructure, to maintain the legal structures, compliances, ethical and social responsibilities, to advertise, to collaborate with others, to self- manage and grow their business from the perspective of complete control as a digital entrepreneur,— isn’t that what we’re trying to achieve here?

”Digital Entrepreneurship”  as used by Pittman’s Business Systems DIGIPRENEUR is well settled and defined. Enterprising Individuals who seek opportunities, conducting business via digital communications, and often acting as brokers or consultants, as it were, middlemen, are entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs look for opportunity and capitalize on those opportunities by finding solutions for businesses and business owners.

 Also consider the individuals that are tradesmen and craftsmen, or independent professional practitioners. They are entrepreneurs.  They are credentialed and qualified to perform services on behalf of the public. They provide services to clientele.  They maintain records of transactions. These entrepreneurs may not perform all related tasks themselves.  However, as business entities they enterprise resources via collaborative teams and mobile talents creating solutions for the problem.

Further, consider new entrepreneurs, who may or may not have a business that is a growing concern. Often referred to as bootstrappers, these entrepreneurs work hard to achieve their mission without being compromised by investors or major loans against the business. They are extremely passionate about the programs and services they provide. They are highly optimistic and uniquely non-profiteering.

Finally, bring into the conversation those would-be entrepreneurs who have tried and have been discouraged by failures. And, we’ll also include would-be entrepreneurs who just haven’t pulled the trigger on getting their business started and need help.

These entrepreneurs are diverse, inclusive, and collaborative.

They include entrepreneurs, business owners, tradesmen and professionals. The community members include bootstrap entrepreneurs, small business owners, photographers and videographers, musicians, artist, teachers and academics, tutors, researchers, scientist, mathematicians, computer technologist, programming technologist, cooks, chefs, construction workers, carpenters, nurses, doctors, dentists, work from home marketers and advertisers, along with many others.

Our fast-paced society has become increasingly more reliant and dependent upon Internet communications. Internet connectivity is at an all-time high in the United States and other countries in the world. This is mainly because of certain changes within our societal structure. We conduct business online on a much greater scale and frequency than ever before in the history of the Internet.

Pittman’s Business Systems recognizes that there is a need for digital entrepreneurs. Our organization offers opportunity to learn about digital business services, digital advertisement, digital marketing and digital coaching or tutoring others. We provide opportunity for fledgling business entrepreneurs to forge successful pathways within the digital sphere.

This moment in history gives us the opportunity to reposition our economic outlook and think ahead to the future. For the first time in over 400 years there is a valid conversation regarding human rights. The opportunity to enjoy those human rights to participate in a robust commerce is part of the conversation.

The PBS DIGIPRENEUR is the flagship program for Pittman’s Business Systems located in Washington State.

Our mission seeks the digital entrepreneurial enfranchisement of 10000 marginalized candidates starting in YEAR-2022.

The project entails reaching out to marginalized populations to encourage and enlist 10000 new digital entrepreneurs during 2022.  This particular focus provides new opportunities to  individuals that have experienced discrimination in entrepreneurial pursuits. No person should be excluded from participating in modern commerce because of their difference from the mainstream standard lifestyles.

The most common reasons small businesses fail include a lack of capital or funding, retaining an inadequate management team, a faulty infrastructure or business model, and unsuccessful marketing initiatives.

As these data are further researched, we discover more failed businesses relate to marginalized populations. There is a valid concern that marginalized communities do not receive equal access, financial assistance and professional support.
