Whereas, P-B-S recognizes a critical need exists for representation of entrepreneurs amongst marginalized citizens in the United States; and,

Whereas, P-B-S recognizes that US private interests must pioneer efforts in this country to reconcile racial disparities and social inequality; and,

Whereas, P-B-S recognizes the need to facilitate a forum by which marginalized digital entrepreneurs network, collaborate and contract with one another; and,

Whereas, P-B-S is poised and capable of providing education, resources and long term support for marginalized digital entrepreneurs enrolled in P-B-S:

BE IT HEREBY KNOWN BY THESE PRESENTS:

1. THAT, Pitman’s Business Systems (P-B-S) is a digital marketing agency located in Cheney, Washington 99004-2056, USA.
2. THAT, P-B-S intends to be instrumental in the enlistment of 10,000 digital entrepreneurs from marginalized populations;
3. THAT, P-B-S will offer business information to inform and educate marginalized entrepreneurs about their rights and interests to actively participate in US commerce as digital entrepreneurs.
4. THAT, P-B-S shall make available the latest and most innovative information and digital resources to marginalized entrepreneurs to assist them on a pathway of educational research and coursework, to include personal development.
5. THAT, P-B-S will make accessible and offer scalable network infrastructure and web application design tools, all IT resources necessary to function in managed digital services and digital marketing to marginalize people seeking digital entrepreneurship success.
6. THAT, P-B-S will constantly develop and make available to its members: support groups, community forums and messaging channels; facilitate availability of coaching, advocacy and mentorship programs that enlist experts as mentors and coaches.
