Introduction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-pale-cyan-blue-background-color has-text-color has-background has-large-font-size has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-237ed8a2 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This code of conduct applies to all registered users and members of the <a>P-B-S <\/a>DIGIPRENEUR online platform and support community for marginalized digital entrepreneurs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The purpose of this code of conduct is to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where users and members can access resources, education, mentorship coaching, and other digital assets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By registering, and\/or becoming a member of the P-B-S DIGIPRENEUR \u00a0community, you agree to abide by this code of conduct and uphold its standards and principles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">II. Respectful Communication<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Registered users and members must communicate with each other in a respectful and professional manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registered users and members must use respectful language and avoid making assumptions or generalizations about others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">III. Confidentiality<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Registered users and members must respect the privacy and confidentiality of other registered users and members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Information shared within the community must not be shared outside of the community without the explicit consent of the person who shared it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IV. Collaboration and Support<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Members are encouraged to collaborate with each other and provide support where possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registered users and members must not engage in any behavior that undermines or interferes with the success of other members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registered users and members must be open to feedback and constructive criticism.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V. Professionalism<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Registered users and members  must conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registered users and members must not engage in any behavior that could damage the reputation of the P-B-S DIGIPRENEUR community or its members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">VI. Compliance with Laws and Regulations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Registered users and members  must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registered users and members  must not engage in any behavior that violates the terms and conditions of any platform or service used by the community.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">VII. Enforcement<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any registered user or member  who violates this code of conduct may be subject to disciplinary action, including but not limited to warning, suspension, or termination of registration\/membership.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The P-B-S DIGIPRENEUR community administrators have the discretion to determine the appropriate action based on the severity and frequency of the violation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registered users and members  who witness a violation of this code of conduct are encouraged to report it to the community administrators.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">VIII.
