P-B-S DIGIPRENEUR NONDISCLOSURE NOTIFICATION

This Nondisclosure Notification is made and effective immediately upon USER registration to P-B-S DIGIPRENEUR,

Pittman’s Business Systems, (the “Company”), a United States of America (USA) internet marketing corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Oregon, provides the following notifications to User (“Member”). of the Pittman’s Business Systems Digital Entrepreneur (P-B-S DIGIPRENEUR) (the “Website”):

1. ACCESS TO CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

The registered user is hereby notified, that he/she/they may be given access to confidential information belonging to the Company through his/her relationship with the Company or as a result of his/her access to the Company’s proprietary research and development secrets, private assets, or other facsimile.

• NATURE OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

The registered user is hereby notified, that the Company’s trade secrets consist of information and materials that are valuable and not generally known by the Company’s competitors. The Company’s trade secrets include:

1. All information concerning the Company’s current, future or proposed products, including, but not limited to, unpublished computer code (both source code and object code), drawings, specifications, notebook entries, technical notes and graphs, computer printouts, technical memoranda and correspondence, product development Notifications and related Notifications.

• Information and materials relating to the Company’s purchasing, accounting, and marketing; including, but not limited to, marketing plans, sales data, unpublished promotional material, cost and pricing information and customer lists.

• Information of the type described above which the Company obtained from another party and which the Company treats as confidential, whether owned or developed by the Company.

• MEMBER OBLIGATIONS

As a Membership requirement, all registered users must agrees to hold in the strictest confidence any trade secrets or confidential information which is disclosed to him/her. The Member agrees not to disclose any document,or  proprietary information about the Company without the Company’s written permission. The registered user will not draw, sketch, photograph, video record, audio record, or otherwise record any information, to which he/she/they may have access, without the Company’s written permission.

• BINDING NOTIFICATION

This Notification is binding on the registered user, his/her/their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns; and inures to the benefit of the Company, its successors and assigns.

• ENTIRE NOTIFICATION

This Notification constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the registered user with respect to its subject matter. It supersedes all earlier representations and understandings, whether oral or written.
